(Posted 28 April 2023) The Balmain Athletics Gala and 2022/23 Season Presentation Day will be at Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre (SOPAC) on Saturday 20 May. Gala events will run from 12-2pm followed immediately by the Club’s 2022/23 Season Annual General Meeting and Awards Presentation. The event is expected to end no later than 4pm.
Gala Events: All Balmain Athletics athletes and parents/carers are invited. Heats for track events will be seeded according to age, fitness and times. Masters and senior athletes have also been invited, including Balmain’s frame runners. Come along and experience the vibrancy of the Balmain athletics community!

2023/24 BAC Committee: At this time, we’d like to invite anyone interested in being part of the 2023/24 BAC Committee to register their interest by completing the Nomination Form - click here to do so. Voting will take place at the AGM. Nominations must be received by 12pm Saturday 13 May 2023.

SOPAC is an all weather track, so events will proceed unless there is a concern about safety of participants and volunteers. The covered grandstand will provide shelter for all spectators during events, the AGM and award presentation.
